Opening Scripture
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper – Psalm 1:1-3 (KJV)
Introduction
In the kingdom of God, financial prosperity is not a luxury, it is a necessity. God gives vision, but it takes provision to fulfill it. In this powerful message, “Becoming a Financial Magnet”, we are reminded that while money is not the source, it is a vital tool. Poverty limits destiny, while divine prosperity empowers purpose. This is not just about having money; it’s about carrying the grace that attracts it.
The Mindset That Blocks Prosperity
God cannot prosper you when you are discrediting what He has done for others. God does not lift men who always blame others for why they are not succeeding. If you don’t hate poverty, you will offend God unknowingly. The Bible says that money is a defense (Eccl 7:12).
If money is a defense, lack of it is an offense. Christianity without prosperity is a mockery of grace. God gives the vision, but you need money to spread it.(Zech 1:17)
You don’t know what poverty can do until money visits you. Money is not bad or evil, it depends in whose hands it is.
The Bible says that money is a defense. lack of it is an offense
Understanding The Source
Money was not created by God. Money was invented by men. If money was invented by men, you need God who made men and gave them the wisdom to make money.
Prayer is essential, but it alone doesn’t make you rich. Satan fears a church that prays, but he fears more a church that prays and is financially balanced. A broke church cannot fund missions or transform nations.
Nothing sponsors witchcraft like poverty. The foundation of envy is that ‘”you have, I don’t have”.
The Grace To Attract Wealth
Becoming a financial magnet is not a person per se, it is a grace. It takes grace to become a financial magnet. When that grace is on you, people will drag you into what will give you money.
This is not just about hustle. If success were purely by hard work, the most hardworking people would be the richest.
Hard work without grace is no work.” Peter said, ‘We have toiled all night’ (Luke 5:5)… But grace spoke, and labour ceased
When grace enters, the same things you struggled to get now happen with ease. There is a grace that causes everything you touch to succeed. Grace orders, directs, assists and promotes.
Biblical Examples Of Financial Magnetism
There is a grace that makes a man prosper in any location. Isaac in Genesis 26 prospered in famine. He dug wells, they were closed, yet all produced water, because of grace.
Grace is the charm of the believer.
Grace Requires Service and Consistency
Whose servant are you? You want grace but you don’t want to serve, it won’t come. Grace is a process. Until something becomes consistent, it cannot turn you around.
When you become consistent in practice, it turns into a covenant. Inconsistency is a destiny blocker. Remember the widow in 2 Kings 4? The oil kept flowing not just because of a miracle but because of grace.
There is a grace that makes you a financial magnet. When it rubs off on you, everywhere you go, everyone wants to associate with you
Wisdom doesn’t only attract—it sustains. It opens your eyes to opportunities others are blind to. If you keep failing, it may be because you’re running on an empty tank of grace. Wisdom shows you what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.
Conclusion
Wealth is not just about working harder, it’s about connecting to grace. Grace makes you a magnet. It causes what is chasing others to start chasing you. It turns your little into much and your struggle into rest. This grace is real, transferable and available.
Christianity without financial dominion is a shadow of divine intent. You were not saved to suffer, you were saved to shine. And when grace for financial magnetism comes upon you, nations will hear your voice, and kings will seek your wisdom.
